Labelled as one of the enemies of the Christian, the "world" has stirred up controversy in Christian circles since the beginning. A siren-call if there ever was one, the world questions the authority structure God has established. The Devil utilized worldly temptation from creation, attempting to subvert the authority of God and instigate an alternative. Especially in light of Jesus' declaration of separation from the world (John 15:9), the Christian must question affiliation with the world on all fronts....

Font Smoothing in Google Chrome

I've been struggling with font-smoothing in Google Chrome. On larger (40px+) fonts, a noticeable jaggedness can be seen on the edges of the more curved text. Internet Explorer 9 applies the nice new shiny WPF sub-pixel font-smoothing to text and makes it look fantastic. Firefox (at least in Nightly v. 8) does a pretty good job too.
